My Experience with Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy
So, I've experienced some sort of mental block in the past few weeks. I didn't know what caused this issue in the first place because it really affected me a lot. I experienced severe stress and frustration.
When my friend asked me to join Marisa's program. I was a bit doubtful but did it anyway.
Here is my full journey.
I began watching the quest as per the guideline; however, I passed my everyday schedule. Instead of viewing a quest per day in which each takes up 15 minutes long, I combined two quests in a single go–afraid that I couldn't do it the next day.

Then I sorta think negatively about my current situation. The next thing I knew, I didn't put any concern about my health anymore, I just didn't care. FYI: that's how bad my condition at that time.

If you don't run your mind, your mind will run you.
At first, I didn't think this way. In fact, I wasn't aware of this. When I started to comprehend her words, I began to understand that the heart of our body isn't the ‘heart' itself. Instead, it's our mind.

As I mentioned above, I went to experience traditional hypnotherapy for my issues in the past. I was excited about the whole session because I thought my problem would be gone in an instant.
I was wrong.
The therapy went well actually. I got some sort of emotional episodes that often left me sobbing in tears. The aftermath was great too. But then, it didn't work out for me anymore. I became skeptical because the change would only last for a day! That's when I concluded that hypnotherapy wasn't for me.
