As you can see, the customer site design is plain and simple, not much to say. It’s good though, they provide clear instructions about where to begin and where to go next.

So, in the beginning, they will guide you to follow the first 3 steps: filling questionnaire, and watching 2 videos (start here and FAQ videos). The questionnaire is not that important, you can just ignore it. But the videos, you should watch them to get a fuller understanding of how this program works, and how you should do it.

The Not So Good Stuff

One thing that I found off about this program is that the customer help is not prompt to respond. In my case, it took about 3 days, which is quite disappointing for me.

On the sales site, they say they will give full assistance on their one on one coaching session as a bonus and I was expecting it to be fast. However, judging by the service that I had, I warn you not to make high expectations like I did.

My 3-Week Experience Using Back Pain Relief 4 Life Program

Quick background information; I begin the journey with this program by the realization that I suffer from lower back pain and I need help.

WEEK 1

I do the sequence of movements for the minimum amount of 2 times a week (this is the very least amount that the program suggests). But I don’t care, I don’t wanna get overwhelmed by it and gave up on the latter. Besides, the best way to get into this program is to do it regularly and slowly build it up.

I started it at level 1 (everyone should too). And I do it around 5 pm.

I did all of the 8 movements for 20 minutes if not longer. I know it’s supposed to be 16 minutes (2 minutes for each movement). But it doesn’t matter, do it slowly but make sure to do it correctly.

What happened afterward was nothing significant. I couldn’t seem to put my finger on it. It was just simply plain and dull.

Few hours after the practice, I felt sore on my abdomen and both thighs. Things get even worse when I woke up in the morning. The sore did not go away until the next day.

Fair enough, I’m a couch potato who rarely workout, any type of repeating movement (though it was as simple as this program has) would make my body sore. Anticipate this if you are like me.

WEEK 2

YES.

How long does it take before it comes back?

In my case, it takes about 4 days.

Apparently, that wasn’t a good idea. So, I draw my conclusion to do the movements regularly.

WEEK 3

I got a better notion of doing the movements. I feel like I know what I’m doing. I certainly have more speed than before. But again speed is not the only key point. Take your time.

In week 3, I noticed that I became slightly more flexible while performing each movement; the body-mind connection has slowly built. I got a better body posture too, remember that I hunch in most times?

By week 3, I feel like I’m more into standing/sitting straight. It’s tiring sometimes and I still am struggling.
