My 2-week Experience with Custom Keto Diet

The sole reason why I started this diet program is that I felt my favorite jeans were too tight. I checked on the scale and was greatly surprised that I gained weight by about 5 kg in the past few months.

Also, I'm used to drinking a lot of water in a day. So, drinking 2.4 liters a day isn't a problem for me at all. And that maybe is the cause why I never experienced keto flu whatsoever.

I did experience hunger, though.

While dieting, I tried hard to put my training gear back. Still, it's not easy at all, especially in the first week because I limit rice intake while at the same time exercising. I felt dizzy quickly and by that time, I'd taken longer rest.

The second week is a bit crazy. I went crazy, I had never estranged myself from rice this long (not that I skipped it wholly). That's why I added more rice to my daily intake while also keeping the keto recipe on track.

The thing is that I got bored from eating these recipes because they taste too Western for my Asian palate. Like they are all either salad-based or with minimum spices. This is where I find it hard to adjust to all these recipes.

I weighed 55.3 kg before starting the program. And let me tell you, I didn't do much exercise. Not really.
