Although The Keto Summit Cookbook also has information about the ketogenic diet, however this book focuses more towards the recipes. All recipes are based on preparations with no sugar, no high carb foods, no preservatives, and no dairy products.
I have tried a few recipes, some I absolutely love and would totally make again, some are just not my cup of tea. Like the fried avocados for example. I don't like avocados, unless it's juiced and mixed with chocolate.
Here are a few recipes that I genuinely enjoy:
I can never get enough of this! now I'm not much of a breakfast person, but I tried this for breakfast and I am in love. This wrap consists of turkey breasts, some lettuce leaves, eggs, and bacon. Who doesn't like bacon?
Looking for turkey where I'm from is quite difficult, and turkey is expensive, so I used chicken breast as an alternative, and it tastes delicious! definitely one of my favorite recipes. I give this recipe a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
The name of this recipe basically explains itself. This is more of a snack for me, and again! the bacon, I can't get enough of it.
The garlic mayo for me though was a bit overwhelming, but I didn't mind as I kept eating it. But it could be that I added in a tad too much mayo in there. 3 out of 5 for this delicious snack.
Now this is a winner! I would definitely eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is so juicy and the meat tastes amazing!
The pork tenderloin was only seasoned with salt and pepper, but it tastes so good, I would definitely prefer to make one at home rather than purchasing elsewhere. 5 out of 5 starts, this is the best recipe in the book in my opinion.
Here is another snack I enjoy a lot. I used to snack on frozen chicken wings so much, and it's not good for your health. These Fiery Buffalo Wings taste so much better than those packaged frozen wings.
Eat the wings with some ranch dressing, and it is so satisfying to just snack on the wings while watching netflix or your favorite tv show. 4 out 5 stars for these wings.
I can't end this without dessert! This is not the best milkshake I ever had, but a great alternative. Who knew almond milk could taste so good? The addition of stevia and vanilla extract made a lot of difference.
This is something I would definitely order of a cafe a million times and never get bored of. 4 out of 5 stars for this shake.

At first, I was sceptical to this program. I like everything instant, so I didn’t know if I was up for the cooking and preparing. But I tried it nevertheless and I thought the program was enjoyable, and opened my eyes to things I didn’t know about keto.
