My own results

 

Unlike my past review on The 3 Week Diet where I did not go to the gym at all and was quite overweight, I started the 4 Week Diet System when I was just slightly overweight.

 

Furthermore, I have already been going to the gym regularly although only 2-3 times a week.

 

I’ve also been following the system more closely this time and lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks by changing my diet according to the recommended foods in the handbook and adjusting the exercises I did in the gym.

 

This might be only half of my previous result trying the 3 Week Diet. The reason was that I had less weight to shed this time as I was closer to my ideal weight. In addition, although I don’t lose as much weight I feel that my body contains less fat and feel more toned.

There is not much information about Brian Flatt out there. The best I could find was from quora.com: a sports nutritionist, a personal trainer, and a health coach who has been in the industry of nutrition since the 90s. The owner of REV fitness which is based in Southern California.

 

There's actually a REV Fitness in Los Angeles, but since they have no website registered on Google Maps, I couldn't do any further verification.

 

As mentioned in my previous review about his product the 3-Week Diet, it seems strange that someone who has launched 3 best-selling diet programs with barely any online presence.

 

On Facebook, he only has less than a thousand friends and practically 0 followers.

 

 

On Twitter, I couldn’t find his verified account. There are some accounts with his profile picture, but with only 1 tweet or even none.

 

 

On LinkedIn he only has 4 connections and not even a profile picture.

 

 

 

The Verdict

 

I still stand with my view about Brian Flatt’s diet programs. They were not designed by an expert, and instead just a summary of other diet programs out there.

 

Nonetheless, he managed to cherry pick the effective parts. In my opinion, the most important information in The 4-Week Diet System was WHEN to eat and to exercise to get maximum fat burning results.

 

I also still suspect that this program is being used as an advertisement media for the superfoods and supplements that was “recommended” by the author. They try really hard to sell you many things, and they actually do it pretty well until it starts to get annoying.

 

In addition, as the author is unverifiable, and the customer service never replies, many accused this program as a scam.

 

Nevertheless, I still consider this as a good program as it contains good information, as long as you can get through the numerous upsells they throw at you.
