Maximizes Your Training Results

Without Wasting Your Time

As seen in:

Ever Wonder Why Most Training, Diet, or Workout Program Fail?

My name is Eric Cressey, and I am the president of Cressey Sports Performance, a high performance training facility near Boston, MA.

Here at CP, we see hundreds of different clients every week. We've coached people from all walks of life: from women trying to lose their pregnancy weight, even to professional athletes who literally move their families across the country to train with us.

When I decided to create a workout system, there was something that was more important to me than anything else: a strong emphasis on personalization.

Let's take a woman with loose joints (hypermobility) as an example. If she did a lot of aggressive stretching (you know, because the experts are always telling us to stretch), she could easily hurt herself! Conversely, the stiff-as-a-board guy at the cubicle next to her might do those exact same stretches and rid himself of his chronic back pain!

Now imagine this scenario and apply it to a workout where these same people are applying heavy loads to their body. It's a recipe for disaster.

I've finally come up with a way to deliver high quality customization at an affordable price. It's called The High Performance Handbook
The High Performance Handbook is designed for anyone regardless of age, fitness levels and personal goal. The program was structured in a way to be effective for everyone in that it is highly customizable, offering a solid platform on which to build up your goals step by step.

STOP Wasting Your Time With Cookie Cutter Workout Programs

  • Unlike your typical cookie-cutter program, it doesn't force you to do an exercise you can't.
  • Designs a program suitable to your needs - based on how you move, what your schedule allows, and what your goals are.
  • We give you an entire video database, how to modify exercises, and much more.
  • Most importantly, the price is very affordable.

Our Benefits

The High Performance Handbook is all those years of knowledge broken down into a step-by-step system for an easy-to-follow and effective training system:

Self-Assess

Using easy-to-follow videos, we have you do a few self-assessments. These assessments will give you the information you need to pick a roadmap to start your journey with these programs (there's more than one route).

Set Goals

Fat loss? Strength gain? Muscle gain? Athletic performance? I tell you how to modify elements to match up with your goals.

Schedule

We want to make sure the program you select works with your schedule, so you can choose from 2x/week, 3x/week, and 4x/week strength training options (and supplemental work, depending on your goal from #2).

Review the Exercises

We don't give you text descriptions or just a few pictures on each exercise. There's an entire video database that shows you how to do every single exercise, all with full coaching instructions.

Start

You'll go in and have an awesome first training session. No need to worry about what exercises to do, how to do them, or if you even can do them - we've already solved that.

Hit Your Goals

Follow the four month program and you'll meet your goals. Repeat depending on the way your goals evolve as you get stronger and leaner.

"Coaching And Training is My Life"

Eric Cressey Author,

The High Performance Handbook

My name is Eric Cressey. I obtained an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, followed by my Master's Degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science, from the University of Connecticut.

I've written over 500 published articles, and have been featured in local and national publications such as Men's Health, Men's Fitness, ESPN, T-Muscle, Yahoo Sports, The Boston Globe, and more. I've also published five books, and have been a guest speaker in five countries and in 19 states.

I'm also a competitive powerlifter. My top competition lifts are a 540 squat, 402 bench, and 650 deadlift, giving me a 1532 total in the 165-pound weight class.

I lift, I train, and I write, and have been doing so for over a decade. The High Performance Handbook is the summation of all that experience - the sum of both my practical and my educational background.

Clients Testimonial

Making a living as a carpenter for the last 30 years has taken a toll on my body. A typical day has me lifting, bending, reaching and climbing ladders while reaching, bending and lifting. I had become accustomed to pain on a daily basis. My knees would ache with every rung of a ladder, my left shoulder would cry a little every time I reached overhead, and many days my lower back would be in knots. I began The High Performance Handbook program hoping to make strength gains, but I didn't expect to get those strength gains and practically eliminate my daily aches. My legs and knees feel strong as I go up and down ladders, I no longer cringe when I have to lift anything overhead, and my lower back has never felt better.

Overall, the best part of the program is that my numbers went up, which is always good! I'll count that as increase in strength. For context, I'm 45 years old.
Barbell deadlift: from 315lbs to 405lbs
Barbell squat: from 275lb to 335lbs
Barbell bench press: from 195lbs to 235lbs
Push Press: from 125lbs to 160lbs
Barbell glute bridge: from 295lbs to 455lbs
Doing The High Performance Handbook program was definitely worth it. It taught me a lot about how programming works, and it made me confident that I can safely work out and do heavy movements, which is important at my age. Thanks!

Being a physical therapist for eight years and a busy 32-year-old married man with two young children, I understand the importance of individualized programs to meet client's needs. Although this is based solely online, it is not just another cookie cutter program. The thing that separates this product from everything else on the market is Eric's incredible attention to detail. As a result, this program didn't just clean up my movement patterns; it also attributed to significant gains in my deadlift, front squat, back squat, and bench press.

As a full time working mother, I needed a program that not only fed my desire to become stronger, but also fit into my busy lifestyle. This program was easy to follow and versatile, allowing me to change the number of workouts I completed week to week. After four months, I felt better, moved better, and made noticeable strength gains. I fully recommend this program to anyone looking to increase strength, become a better athlete, or just keep up with their kids!

This program has helped me to achieve some new strength goals, including a body weight bench press and significant increase in my long jump distance! Additionally, going into the program, I had shoulder problems, but after doing Eric's mobility and activation drills, my shoulder has not felt this good in years. Needless to say, I really enjoyed the program!

As a former college athlete, I have seen my fair share of workouts. All of them required heavy lifting with limited to no stretching and muscle care. The training sessions in The High Performance Handbook workouts ensure that muscle is being built while also being nurtured. My body has never felt more fresh and energized after each workout!
